With over a decade of experience in human performance, Heath specializes in the intersection of high-level strength coaching and clinical recovery. A Kinesiology graduate of Cornell College, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). By combining FMS diagnostic movement screens with professional manual therapy, Heath provides a comprehensive approach to training that prioritizes both peak performance and long-term physical resilience.
