Unlike a standard commercial gym, this is a private, performance-focused environment. Every session is a 1-on-1 integration of high-level strength coaching and clinical manual therapy. By combining my background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with my license as a Massage Therapist (LMT), we address performance and recovery in every single session.

Yes! My preferred client is someone who knows that they need to exercise but has not found a way to do so safely yet. I love solving the puzzle that is every unique client in front of me.

We offer a either 1-on-1 private training or Semi-Private training with 2 people. If Semi-Private both clients MUST have a separate Assessment before starting.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion so I can accurately observe movement patterns during the screen.
Please bring a separate pair of shoes to be worn inside the gym while training.

To train effectively, we need a baseline to identify your specific physical needs. This ensures your program is tailored to your unique physiology from day one. I am sure there are plenty of gyms that will offer to train you without an Assessment., we are not one of them.

No. While we use professional-grade equipment and protocols, our goal is longevity. Whether you are looking to regain lost mobility, manage chronic pain through corrective exercise, or build a resilient body for your everyday life, the training is scaled to your current level.
-
Consistency is the primary driver of physiological adaptation. By locking in recurring days and times (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 AM), we ensure your training remains a priority and that your recovery blocks are properly spaced for optimal results.
-
Our subscriptions are billed monthly. We believe in the results of our protocols, and we want you to stay because you are seeing progress, not because you are locked into a multi-year contract.
-
Out of respect for our shared schedule, we require a minimum of 22 hours' notice for any session cancellation. This window is designed to give you flexibility—for example, if you realize at 10:00 AM on Monday that you cannot make your 8:00 AM Tuesday session, you can cancel without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 22 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
-
We understand that daily schedules can shift unexpectedly. If you need to move a session, we offer complimentary same-day rescheduling provided that an alternative time slot is available. If a same-day opening is not available, the standard 22-hour cancellation policy applies.
